Brian MacNamara is a former professor of law at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He has tried criminal cases throughout New York State. Mr. MacNamara has published extensively on criminal defense topiics. He received advanced training at the National Criminal Defense College and the NYSDA Trial Practice Institute. He is the former faculty advisor to the John Jay College of Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Team. He handles cases throughout New York State, primarily in the Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester, Rockland and Orange counties.
